DeLeo <br /> <br />Chairman <br />Vice-Chairman <br />Member <br /> <br />Chairman Richard A. Broders called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the presence of Vice-Chairman <br />William S. Marlow and Member James A. DeLeo. <br /> <br />DETERMINATIONS <br /> <br />Christopher Schnase <br />P.O. Box 319 <br />Port Townsend, W A 98368 <br /> <br />BOE: 97-29-LO <br /> <br />PN: 951901006 <br /> <br />After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the <br />Board concurred to reduce the value of the property due to water and drainage problems. Chairman Broders <br />noted that the property value has already been given a -15% adjustment for excess lots, however, he believes a <br />further adjustment is needed. Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the base <br />valuation of $20,000 by an additional 1 0% (-25% total) for a new valuation of $15,000. Member DeLeo <br />seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. Member DeLeo moved to <br />sustain the Assessor's valuation of$25,000. Vice-Chairman Marlow seconded the motion which carried by a <br />unanimous vote.
