DeLeo. <br /> <br />DETERMINATIONS <br /> <br />Water Street Corporation <br />635 Water Street <br />Port Townsend, W A 98368 <br /> <br />BOE: 97-35-C <br /> <br />PN: 989700611 <br /> <br />After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection of the property, the <br />Board concurred to reduce the improvement value of the property by 5% due to the hostile lease agreement. <br />Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to reduce the value of parcel number 989700611 from $598,935 ($192,875 <br />for the land and $406,060 for the improvements) to $578,632 ($192,875 for the land and $385,757 for the <br />improvements). Vice-Chairman Marlow moved to sustain the <br />valuation of$40,800 for parcel number 972 901 701 as it reflects fair market value.
