Marlow. Member James A. DeLeo was not present. <br /> <br />DETERMINATION <br /> <br />Colin & Joan Thomson <br />4705 194th Avenue SE <br />Issaquah, WA 98027 <br /> <br />BOE: 97-06-R <br /> <br />PN: 701194026 <br /> <br />After reviewing all the information submitted by both parties and conducting an inspection ofthe property, the <br />Board agreed that based on market evidence the true and fair market value of the property is $500 per front <br />foot. Chairman Broders stated that the Assessor's office also agrees with this fmding and recommended that <br />the value of this parcel be reduced and that the parcel adjacent to it be equalized to insure equity. Vice- <br />Chairman Marlow moved to overrule the Assessor and reduce the current assessment of parcel number 701 <br />194026 from $276,795 ($194,160 for the land and $82,635 for the improvements) to $182,715 ($100,080 for <br />the land and $82,635 for the improvements). Chairman Broders seconded the motion. The motion carried. <br />(See also minutes of August 6, 1997) <br /> <br />EQUALIZATION <br /> <br />Brian Hood & Cynthia Reardon <br />150133rd Avenue South <br />Seattle, WA 98144 <br /> <br />BOE: Equalization <br /> <br />PN: 701194024 <br /> <br />Based on the decision made on the valuation appeal of parcel number 701 194026 (See above and minutes of <br />August 6, 1997), the Board concurred to equalize the valuation of parcel number 70 I 194 024 as recommended <br />by the Assessor's office to reflect the current market value of $500 per front foot. Vice-Chairman Marlow <br />moved to reduce the valuation of parcel number 701 194024 from $205,975 ($194,080 for the land and <br />$11,895 for the improvements) to $110,935 ($99,040 for the land and $11,895 for the improvements). <br />Chairman Broders seconded the motion.
