At 10 A.M. <br /> <br />The Board reconvened on the above named d[lte and hour with all members present, <br /> <br />Mr. Tony' DeLeo of the pt 'l'O\msend Lumber Co., appeared before the <br />Board relative to an old gravel screen owned by the County now at Chi.-,actUll and or'rel'ed <br />the sum of $200.00 for the same and upon monion made and seconded it was ordered sold <br />to him for that amount. <br />Motion was mnde by Mr. Kfllse ~nd seconded by Mr. Nisbet to give the <br />Schools of Jefferson County the sum of ~:;25, 000.00 and, an equal amount to the Road <br />Fund, from the moneys received from the Fed~ral Forest Timber sales, the amounb <br />received from that source being the sum of w56,293.35. <br />It was decided to advertise for bids for County truck and car insurance <br />for the 1st MondaY in April, which ,muld fall on the 6th. <br />The Bond of COUIty Engineer Vi.A. Bugge was presented, eXamined and approved <br />in the sum of ~;;5000 .00. <br />The f;llowing resolutions were signed: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO "B" 46. <br /> <br />WHlmEAS Plans and Specifications were drawn for the construction of County <br />Road Projedt no. 39, Jefferson County, and <br />WHEREAS during the course of construction it beCame necessAry to change the <br />plans, and <br />\lfdEREAS the change necessitaUd a change in the list of quantit:l.es, <br />BE IT Th"EREFORE HESOLVlm that the following is a correct J[ list of' quantities' <br />for the items changed: <br /> <br />Class #D" Excavation <br />Smlected Roadway Borrow <br />Structure Excavation <br />Overhall <br />12" Plain Concrete Pipe <br /> <br />99 C.Y. <br />2715 C.
