Mercer with <br />all members present. <br /> <br />BUSINESS FROM COUNTY DEPARTMENTS: <br /> <br />Planning re: 1) Final Short Plat of Santy No. 11-78. Commissioner <br />O'Meara moved to approve and sign final Short Plat <br />of Santy, Commissioner Brown seconded the motion. <br />Unanimous. <br /> <br />2) Shoreline Management Substantial Development Permit <br />Application No. 22-78; J. Merrick. To place 5'2" x <br />16'6" recreation moorage float in Pleasant Tides Cove. <br />Mr. & Mrs. J. Merrick appeared. Tom Aumock, Planner <br />read several letters of opposition and one letter from <br />Pleasant Tides giving permission. Commissioner Brown <br />moved to approve a temporary permit for one year as <br />recommended by Planning Department and review permit <br />& consider renewal of a full permit at the end of one <br />year. Commissioner O'Meara seconded the motion. <br />Unanimous. <br /> <br />3) Plat Report: <br />Brown Mobile Home Court preliminary plat report. <br />Commissioner Brown moved to approve with the conditions <br />the Planning Commission recommended. Commissioner <br />O'Meara seconded the motion. Unanimous. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 88-78 and Quit Claim Deed re: Conveyance of <br />Easement for highway purposes; Delhur, Inc. Jefferson County quit claims <br />to -Delhur, Inc. the County's easement for right of way purposes on and <br />across the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter in Section 20, Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W.m., The East <br />Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter in Section 20, <br />Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W.M., The Southeast Quarter of the South- <br />east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter in Section 20, Township 30 north, <br />Range 1 West, W.M.; Excepting existing roads, easements and rights of <br />way. Commissioner O'Meara moved to sign the above resolution and quit <br />claim deed. Commissioner Brown seconded the motion. Unanimous. <br /> <br />Quit Claim Deed re: A strip of land 16.5 feet wide and <br />1321.5 feet long lying North of Moore Place Addition. Jefferson County <br />quit claims to the City of Port Townsend the above land. The Board <br />approved and signed the Quit Claim Deed. <br /> <br />#8, Block <br />of Plats. <br />Townsend. <br /> <br />Quit Claim Deed re: One half lot described as the S~ of lot <br />44, of the Original Townsite of Port Townsend, Vol. 1, Page 1 <br />Jefferson County quit claims this land to the City of Port <br />The Board approved and signed the Quit Claim Deed. <br /> <br />Lease Renewal re: S-R & L 4262, Department of/Social and <br />Health Services. For the rental of portion of Building #29.
