Mercer with <br />all members present. <br /> <br />Call For Bids for the furnishing of petroleum products as <br />shown on the proposal form available .from County Auditor. Approved by <br />motion of Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner O'Meara. Bids will <br />be received up until the hour of 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 27, 1978. <br />bid opening will be December 27, 1978 <br /> <br />Jack Guiher, Fairboard member, appeared regarding the insuring <br />of fairground buildings. Mr. Guiher brought information on the buildings <br />for insurance purposes. He pointed out the buildings that should be excluded. <br />The Board will take a copy of this information to Insurance Agent, Homer <br />Smith. <br /> <br />David Johnston, Architect, reo Gardiner Community Center. <br />Mr. Johnston reported that he published the "Invitation to Bid" for the <br />furnishing of all labor, material, transportation, and services to construct <br />the Gardiner Community Center. Copies of the Plans and Specificaitons are <br />on file and may be examined for bidding at eleven various locations in the <br />Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia areas. Plans will be issued at Johnston <br />Associates Architects in Sequim and Jefferson County Engineers Office, on <br />deposit of $25.00 per set. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 <br />p.m., Tuesday, January 16, 1979, at the Jefferson County Commissioners <br />Office, Port Townsend. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 94-78 reo Budget transfer; Planning Department. <br />To transfer the sum of $1,321.62 from category 517.60.10 to 517.60.31 <br />thereby establishing category 517.60.31, Professional Services. This <br />category is needed due to the Northern Tier Northwest Environmental Con- <br />sultants, Inc.'s bill for services performed in 1978. Commissioner Brown <br />moved to approve and sign the above resolution, Commissioner O'Meara <br />seconded the motion. Unanimious. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 95-78 reo Intent to Vacate portion of County <br />Road #64, Cedar Cove Short Plat. Commissioner O'Meara moved to approve <br />and sign the above resolution, Commissioner Brown seconded the motion. <br />The Board set the hearing date for January 8, 1979 at 10:30 a.m., in the <br />Commissioner's Chambers. <br /> <br />Final Determination reo Proposed establishment of sentinal <br />Firs R.I.D. #2. Commissioner O'Meara moved to establish the R.I.D. as <br />proposed and advertised in the resolution of intent, October 22, 1978. <br />Commissoner Brown seconded the motion. Unanimous. <br /> <br />Mike Mikelson, Ranguise, Inc. reo Proposal for right-of-way <br />purchases'. He proposed the County hire his company to do acquisitions, <br />appraisals. and appraisal reviews. He advised the Board of the new pro- <br />cedures in regards to right-of-ways involving all Federal Funds and State <br />Funds. Mikelson gave the Board a copy of a proposed Jefferson County <br />Procedures for Right-of-Way Acquisition. After thorough discussion the <br />Board took no action.
