<br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />County of Jefferson <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING SIX } <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS} <br />SPECIFICALLY, MLA #02-76 [Eastview Indus- } <br />trial Plat], MLA #02-232 [Forest Transition} <br />Overlay], MLA #02-234 [Parks, Recreation, } <br />Open Space Plan], MLA #02-238 [Non-Motorized} <br />Transportation Plan], MLA #02-239 [Changes to} <br />Compo Plan, Ch. 2, Amendment Process], MLA } <br />#02-242 [UGA in Hadlock, Irondale] } <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 19-1213-02 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners ("the Board") <br />has, as required by the Growth Management Act, as codified at RCW 36.70A.01O et <br />seq., set in motion and now completed the proper professional review and public <br /> <br />notice and comment with respect to any and all proposed amendments to the <br />County's Comprehensive Plan originally adopted by Resolution No. 72-98 on <br />August 28, 1998 and as subsequently amended and; <br />WHEREAS, as mandated by the Growth Management Act, the Board has <br /> <br />reviewed and voted upon the proposed amendments to the County's Comprehensive <br /> <br />Plan or "CP", and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, six proposed CP amendments known as MLA #02-76 <br />[Eastview Industrial Plat], MLA #02-232 [Forest Transition Overlay], MLA #02- <br />234 [Parks, Recreation, Open Space Plan], MLA #02-238 [Non-Motorized <br />Transportation Plan], MLA #02-239 [Changes to Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 2, <br />Amendment Process and Deadlines] and MLA #02-242 [UGA in Hadlock, <br /> <br />lrondale ]do not at present have a specific Ordinance written for them and will not <br />have a specific Ordinance written for them by the deadline established in the UDC; <br /> <br />The Board makes the following Findings of Fact with respect to these six <br />amendments: <br />
