<br />ee.-: <br /> <br />P/vJ <br /> <br />f -15"~ c¡~ <br /> <br />346690 <br /> <br /> <br />/?(A¡~~/L,.fY~~S <br />..hi',¡ç; ;',"ii,-;:)! <br /> <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY OF JEFFERSON <br /> <br />In the matter of x <br />Vacation of a Portion of x <br />An Unnamed Right-of-Way x <br />Within the Plat of x <br />Trail's End Homesites x <br /> <br />-~_.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2--92 <br /> <br />, ! 1. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has reviewed a road <br />vacation petition submitted by Chaiyong Juntara; and <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner held a public hearing on the <br />road vacation petition on December 3, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner considered testimony of the <br />public, comments from applicable departments, agencies and offices, and recommendation <br />from the Jefferson County Public Works Department and Jefferson County Planning <br />Department at the public hearing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner determined at the public <br />hearing that the public will benefit from the vacation of portions of the roads and such <br />vacation complies with the Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan and other applicable <br />plans, policies or ordinances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners considered said Hearing <br />Examiner's report of the public hearing and his recommendation for the vacation request; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners heard further testimony <br />at its regular meeting on January 6, 1992; that testimony indicated that the Hearing <br />Examiner's finding regarding potential for a trail was made without benefit of the testimony <br />of Mr. Acetola, who indicated that he has extensive trail-building experience and will <br />donate time and materials to build a trail on this right-of-way. With this addition, the <br />Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts the Findings of the Jefferson County <br />Hearing Examiner dated December 13, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, compensation required pursuant to RCW 36.87.120, and Jefferson <br />County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 3-85 as amended by County Ordinance 04-0617-91 <br />shall be paid prior to this vacation becoming effective; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following be vacated and <br />abandoned pursuant to RCW 36.87.140 and Jefferson Cöunty Road Vacation Ordinance No. <br />3-85 as amended by County Ordinance 04-0617-91: that portion of the unnamed street <br />being approximately thirty feet in width and 120 feet in length lying between Lot 11, Block <br />13 of the Second Addition to Trail's End Homesites, Inc., as recorded on Page 1, Volume <br />4 of Plats, records of the Jefferson County Auditor, State of Washington, and Lot 43, Block <br />3, of Trail's End Homesites, Inc, as recorded on Page 30, Volume 3 of Plats, records of the <br />Jefferson County Auditor, State of Washington.
