<br />BOE-86-0fi8-LO: The inspection of this parcel indicates that 70 acres of the tidelands <br />appear non-productive and 100 acres of the tidelands appear productive. The Assessor <br />had subsequently provided amended valuation of improvements reflecting adjustment <br />to drop III: valuation. The Board moved to adjust the land val uation to $64,000 and <br />the improvements to $55,000 for a total valuation of $119,000. <br /> <br />BOE-86-069-R; The Board inspected this parcel in the company of the owners at <br />3"15 P.M. on the 29th of August. The Board moved to sustain the land valuation at <br />$46,000 and to reduce the building improvements valuation to $47,600 for a total <br />valuation of $93,600. <br /> <br />BOE-86-070-LO: The Beard inspected this parcel at 3:15 P.M. on the 29th of AU9ust, <br />finding the water front uplands to be very steep, unstable and un-buildable. <br />The Board found no justification for change and moved to sustain the land valuation <br />at $22,500 ($300 per front foot less 25% for topography) <br /> <br />BOE-86-071-LO: The Board inspected this and the following parcel at 2:55 on <br />the 29th of August, finding that the Jand includes a long spit extending into <br />a tidal basin and the cabin is built on concrete piers and posts and has a loft <br />one half the size of the main floor. The Board moved to sustain the current <br />valuation of the land at $93,925 and the building improvements at $24,720 for a <br />total valuation of $118,645. <br /> <br />BOE-85-072-LO: Finding that the current valuation of trois parcel in the Assessors <br />records at $40,000 (not $45,000 protested by the appellant), the Board moved to <br />sustain th~ current valuation of this parcel. <br /> <br />BOE-86-073-LO: The Board inspected this parcel at 3:45 P.M. on the 4th of September <br />and found it to be approximately 2900 lineal feet of tidelands fully exposed to S.W. <br />winds with cliff fronted uplands preventing land access. The Board moved to sustain <br />the current valuation of $28,975 (approximately $10 per front foot standard). <br /> <br />BOE-86-074-R: The Board inspected this parcel at 3:30 P.M. on the 29th of August an <br />again at 2:50 P.t1. on the 4th of September -- This time with the owner. <br />It was found,that the parcel is 4.71 acres of land above a 100 foot high bank with <br />a path to the beach and a' excellant view of lands on the other side of canal, <br />and further confirming that the house has three bedrooms, one bath and a partial <br />basement and that it is graded fair construction. <br />The Board moved to sustain the current valuation of land at $36,000 and buildign <br />improvements at $43,500 for a total valuation of $79,500. <br /> <br />BOE-86-075-C: The Beard inspected this parcel in the afternoon of the 11th of <br />September, in the company of W.E. Seton. Based on new construction of a mini- <br />storage building and shop area. Based on a Incom and Expense Analysis presented <br />by the Assessor's office, the Board moved to sustain the valuation issued by the <br />Assessor on 22 July, 1986, setting land valuation at $11,250 and the building <br />improvements at $63,615 for a total valuation of $74,865. <br /> <br />BOE-86-076-R: The Board inspected this parcel at 2:55 P.M. on the 27th of August, <br />finding an old mobile home with w some external decking. Il0ting that this appeal <br />did not reflect a non-perk revaluation issued by the Assessor on g June 1986, <br />The Board moved to sustain the current land valuation of $21,250 and to adjust <br />the i.mprovements valuation to $1,700 for a total valuation of $22,950. <br /> <br />Having completed all deliberations of appeals, the Board moved to adjourn until <br />approximat-ly the 21st of 6ctober and the return of two Board members from <br />out-of-state trips. <br /> <br /> <br />DATE APPROVEEl:):'}n) (;;z;-_. <br /> <br />? <br />. .
