If this happens and our home is destroyed somehow (fire, earthquake, etc.) the six (6) requirements <br />set forth on page 185 of the SMP ("Rebuilding After Damage:") may be too restrictive. It would be most egregious if we <br />were forced to rebuild the house back beyond the 150' buffer zone.
