<br />BOE-86-024-LQ: The Board inspected this parcel at 11:10 A.M. on the 25th of August <br />to consider'the AsseSsor's recommendation of adoption of Equalization Revaluation is <br />based on 95% of a price list made by the RealEstate Agent and submitted by the <br />Petitioner. With out receipt of an adequate set of comparables to substantiate this <br />price list, the Board moved to sustain the land valuation at $62,000 on this parcel. <br /> <br />BOE-86-028-R: The Board inspected this parcel the morning of the 11th of September <br />to ascertain the true configuration and state of completion of the building improve- <br />ments. The Board %1 moved to sustain the current land valuation of $12,500 and to <br />adjust the building improvements valuation to $40,750 for a total valuation of $53,250. <br /> <br />BOE-86-034-A: The Board inspected this parcel in the morning of the 11th of September <br />to substantiate the recommendations of valuations indicated on analysis of Market an <br />Income Approaches. The Board moved to increase the land valuation to $150,000 and <br />to reduce the building improvement valuation to $710,000 for a total valuation of <br />$860,000. <br /> <br />BOE-86-035-LO: The Board inspected this parcel at 3:15 P.M. on the 27th of August <br />and noted the view from the crest of a 200' bluff to the west of Kilisit Harbor and <br />the Olympics. Despite the recommendation of the Assessor to consider a 20% reduction <br />in land valuation of this and the parcel to the south (021-184-004) the Board moved <br />to sustain the current land valuation at $65,000. <br /> <br />BOE-86-037-LO: The Board inspected this parcel on thecmorning of the 11th of <br />September and reviewed evidence pertaining to availability of utilities. After <br />reviewing comparable information submitted by the Assessor, the Board moved to sustain <br />the land valuation at $7,000. <br /> <br />BOE-86-055-R: See BOE-86-018 above for rationale by which the Board moved to adjust <br />the valualtion on this parcel~-the land at $14,000 and the Building improvements at <br />$93,000 for a total valuation of $107,000. <br /> <br />BOE-86-056-LO: The Board inspected this parcel at 11:25 A.M. on the 25th of August <br />and viewed comparable parcels. The Board moved to reduce the land valuation to <br />$17,000 based on comparable. <br /> <br />BOE-86-057-R: The Board made a trip to Clearwater and inspected this parcel at 1:0D P.M. <br />It was noted that there were several inconsistanciews in the designation of land areas <br />and the status of building improvements. Upon return to home office, the Assessor <br />made necessary adjustment to his records and the Board moved to sustain the land <br />valuation at $5,500 and to reduce the building improvement valuation to $40,500 <br />for a total valuation of $46,000. <br /> <br />BOE-86-060-LO: The Board inspected this parcel at 2:33 P.M. on the 4th of September <br />to confirm the status Qf utility improvements and ~inding there to be a view of the <br />water through the trees on a Irr.oposedouTlding slte. The Board ma-ileoto-sustaTri <br />the valuation at $9,000. <br /> <br />BOE-86-061-R: The Board inspected this parcel at 11:10 A.M. on the 29th of August <br />to review the status of the flood plain of the river and to investigate the current <br />condition of the appartment building. Based on the income analysis of the Assessor, <br />the Board moved to sustain the land valuation at $4,750 and to adjust the building <br />improvement valuation to $38,450 for a total valuation of $43,200. <br /> <br />BOE-86-063-LO: The Board inspected this parcel at 11:00 A.M. on the 29th of August <br />to confirm size, location and condition of this pasture land.
