It was ah'Teed that the BPA <br />easement adversely affects the value of that parcel to the extent of25% ofthe residual acreage value. Vice- <br />Chairman Broders moved to overrule the Assessor's valuation determination of$20,655 and reduce it to <br />$17,490. Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Based on sales of comparable property the Board agreed that the current assessment of parcel number 602 344 <br />015 accurately reflects fair market value. Vice-Chairman Broders moved to sustain the Assessor's valuation of <br />$32,785. Member DeLeo seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
