Dear Commissioners,
I wanted to express sincere appreciation for the Community Outreach Special Meeting in Port Ludlow last night, June 24. It was great to see all three of you, other Elected Officials
and Staff, and to hear an update about our County.
It was disappointing that so few community members attended; however, there was not really any communication about the meeting. I am subscribed to the County Commissioners “Publish
Notifications” email list for meetings, but did not receive anything about this Special Meeting. Also, I have not been able to locate Josh’s Exhibits on the website. Are those items
available online?
Normally, the PLVC would distribute early communications about such an event, I only knew because LMC Manager, Brian Belmont, saw it on a calendar and distributed a last-minute LMC
communication early yesterday morning. I felt lucky to find out about it !!
Hopefully, there can be more advance notice about future events and improve attendance. Thanks again to all ~
