Land Division — Short Plat, Long Plat, Binding Site Plan PROCESS 1. Schedule a Customer Assistance Meeting with a planner, a pre -application strongly encouraged. 2. Submit an application for land division showing how you meet the criteria below. 3. Determination of Completeness will be made by County staff within 28 days. 4. Application review and decision will be made by the County within 120 calendar days. 5. Upon approval, a "record of survey" document will be prepared and recorded with County Auditor. Survey must be done by a licensed surveyor.
