HomeMy WebLinkAboutExhibit 24 Email from Jefferson Couny Assessor's Office1 Mo-chi Lindblad From:Sherrie Shold Sent:Tuesday, June 24, 2025 3:53 PM To:Mo-chi Lindblad Subject:RE: Mason Street - SUB2025-00012-Revised Comments Mo-chi, Thank you for clarifying some of my review concerns. The Assessor’s Office still has concerns with the following areas. The westerly boundary line has a distance error. Still a concern with the streets within the plat see following note: The streets within the development are currently identified as streets with an alphabetical lettering, this will present an issue as neighboring area of Port Hadlock already has alphabetical named streets. Identification of the lots being combined is still a huge factor for record keeping. The lots that will be basically combined for a single duplex should be in numerical order. For instance, a duplex will be constructed on lots 1 and 5, this should be lots 1 and 2 for ease of record keeping. It appears to be the lots with duplexes that have the numbering issues. The lots with fourplexes are in numerical order. Is there a reason why there will be 138 lots when clearly all of them will be combined in some fashion? Will a lot consolidation need to be completed for each of the units? Or could it be as simple as Lot 1-Units A and B or Lot 58- Units A, B, C & D. This question may be addressed in the CCR when developed, will each unit be assigned a parking space and will those parking spaces be identified; Unit 1A, Parking Space A ? My last comment for this round, I located 24 duplexes and 22 fourplexes and 2 group homes. Michael sent his comments to Lila yesterday. Please reach out to me with questions pertaining to my comments.
