SUBJECT: ADVISORY COMMISSION APPOINTMENT (1) re: Civil Service
Commission; Mark McCauley
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On June 11 and June 18, 2025, an ad was placed in the Leader to solicit applications for one open position on
the Civil Service Commission. On June 24, 2025, one application was received for this position from Mark
McCauley.
ANALYSIS:
It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioner's approve the following Commission
appointment:
• Mark McCauley—Serving a six (6)year term to begin on July 7, 2025. The term
will expire on July 7, 2031.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve the letter for the appointment to the Civil Service Commission:
• Mark McCauley
