Dear Friends,
Jefferson Community Foundation is looking forward to celebrating our 20th anniversary with you this Thursday! We are thrilled you can join us. Please take a moment to review the details
below so you know what to expect.
When & Where
We look forward to seeing you this Thursday, July 10th from 4 to 6 p.m. at White Lotus Farm 3723 Beaver Valley Road <https://www.google.com/maps/place/White+Lotus+Farm+%26+Inn/@47.9407658,-122.737203

. That is 5.5 miles south of Chimacum on Route 19 and .6 miles south of Swansonville Road. The entrance will be marked with a sign and big sunflower balloons.
Parking
Carpooling is encouraged so if you know others who are attending, please check in to see if you can share a ride. There will be parking attendants to show you where to go. There is a
short walk to the event from the parking lot. If needed, there is a place where you can drop off and pick up folks who might benefit from a shorter distance.
What You Can Expect
This is a flowery farm-style cocktail party. We will have beverages and hors d oeuvres and live music with the Jack Dwyer Band. Activities will largely be outside so bring a hat (especially
if it is hot) and wear shoes that are comfy on uneven ground. There will be plenty of shaded areas as well.
This is not a fundraising event. We are gathering everyone to say THANK YOU and celebrate all you have done to help make JCF and this community such a wonderful place to be.
There will be a 30-minute program starting at around 4:50. This is not a seated program, but there will be extra chairs leaning against the barn so grab one if you need it. Our guest
speaker is Robert Egger, founder of DC Central Kitchen which was the inspiration for World Central Kitchen, where he served on the Board.
Photos
Please note that photographs will be taken and may be used in future JCF communications and materials. If you prefer not to have your photograph used for these purposes, please inform
the photographer or the folks at the sign-in tables and we will be sure to delete them.
There will be an “I AM JCF” photo booth in the barn and we hope you will stop to have your picture taken! Gather your friends or Giving Circle members! If you would like a digital copy
of your photograph, they will be available after July 28th and we’re happy to send you one. Send your request to info@JCFgives.org <mailto:info@JCFgives.org> and we will email you
when they are ready.
Thank you again for joining us on Thursday. We look forward to celebrating 20 years with you!
