After an initial Geographic Information Systems mapping review and an investigative site inspection, the following ESAs were confirmed to be present on the subject property: Critical Aquifer Recharge Area (SARPA). 2.) Jefferson County determined that this proposal is categorically exempt from review under the State Environmental Policy Act(SEPA) pursuant to WAC 197-11-800(2)((g). 3.) Ten foot setback from a building or property line that can be built upon per the Uniform Fire Code. From the site plan submitted dated 12/12/03, the 500 gallon underground propane tank appears to meet this requirement. 4.) Based on the nature of the proposal (a 500 gallon underground propane tank), Critical Aquifer Recharge Area is not an issue. 5.) This approval is for a 500 gallon underground propane tank only.
