Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's a Con's: This change order changes the contract to include the replacement of a cracked existing drainage pipe at the Methodist Church, Property 113a. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: The amount for Change Order No. 1 is $589.59. The contract amount will increase from $42,740.88 to $43,330.47. NOTE, the cost includes 9.2% sales tax. The project is funded at 100% by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize Change Order No. 1 with Heritage Mechanical, Inc., and return one original to Public Works for further processing.
