What is Permanent Affordability? 8 Habitat EJC stewards a Permanent Affordability model, which maximizes our community’s investment in each affordable home. While homebuyers agree to limited appreciation, they build wealth. The home remains affordable for future buyers. Habitat owns the market rate land and sells the house to an eligible buyer at a below.
