Here is one example:
The applicant is responsible for coordinating any required frontage and access improvements with Washington
State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) along SR 303. Final WSDOT approval shall be provided to
Kitsap County Public Works prior to issuance of a Site Development Activity Permit.
Not an exact fit for what you would need, but I think it can be adapted if the county agrees and you choose to go that
way.

Hi Andy, thanks for meeting yesterday for the Habitat for Humanity Mason Street Project preliminary plat (SUB
2025-00012).
Do you have a sample of the SEPA language for a mitigation measure to ensure that the landowner work with
DOT that you mentioned yesterday at the meeting?
We are hoping to issue the SEPA threshold determination on June 14, 2025.
