DECLARATION OF NOTICE
I, Joshua E. Thornton, under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of
Washington, declare as follows:
I am the project manager for the above referenced petition to vacate. On June
13, 2025, a notice of petition to vacate in the above-entitled matter was sent to the
parties as shown in the following page(s) via e-mail or through the United States postal
mail service.
Notice of the public hearing was published in accordance with RCW 36.87.050
for two consecutive weeks July 16, 2025 & July 23, 2025 preceding the hearing date
on July 29, 2025.
Notice was posted at the terminus of the subject road as required under
Jefferson County Code (JCC) 12.10.050.
