Approval of the May 21, 2025 Minutes – moved Heidi, seconded Andy
Reports - Expenditure Reports - Brenda – Target 37.5%
o General fun - at 38.74%, ’24 – 32.61%, ’23 – 34.39%
o Other funds - at 24.5%, ’24 – 18.45%, 23 – 20.72%
o Discussed overages
Revenue Reports - Stacie
o General Fund revenue at 46.6%, ’24 – 44.4%, ’23 – 43%
Discussed: PILT was reportedly funded at 100% - in ’24 we received at end of June
o Other funds at 33.5%,’24 – 34.3%, ’23 - 37.3%
Discussed: Starting to see the Transportation Benefit District (TBD) revenue
o Sales Tax – up 21% from ’24 – largely due to construction and large projects – sewer & hospital
o REET, Hotel/Motel tracking close to budget
o Timber TAV and Timber Excise Tax calculations overview
2026 Budget – It’s right around the corner! - Judy
June Economic Picture review – Judy
• Public Health anticipating a modest cut to Foundational Public Health Funding (FPHS)
