MINUTES
Jefferson County Finance Committee
Regular Meeting – April 28, 2025, 3:00 p.m.
Jefferson County Courthouse - Commissioners’ Chambers
1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA
CALL TO ORDER: Treasurer Stacie Prada, Chair of the Finance Committee (FC), called the Finance
Committee meeting to order at 3:01pm.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: FC Chair Prada called for public comments, and no comments were
received.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Commissioner Eisenhour moved to approve the January 27, 2025
minutes. Auditor Huntingford seconded the motion. The motion carried.
DISCUSSION re: TREASURER’S 1ST QUARTER 2025 REPORT: FC Chair Prada provided a
County and District debt and investments report. She answered questions posed by the County
Commissioners and County Administrator.
FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: The next Joint Finance meeting will be held on July 28, 2025. Treasurer
Prada will follow-up on questions that arose during the meeting, GAN rates and O3A Olympic Area on
Aging.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Chair Prada adjourned the Finance Meeting and posted the Notice of
Adjournment at 3:30 p.m.
