Thank you for the update, Donna. We look forward to issuance of the threshold determination.
Regarding the hearing, is there any way to advance things even if you are selected for jury duty? If I recall correctly, I
believe you said it can take some time to get on the Hearing Examiner's calendar. Would it be possible to reach out to
the Hearing Examiner's office before May 16 to get the hearing scheduled, at least tentatively? Or even to inquire as to
potential dates that the Examiner would have available in June?

Just a quick update so you know I plan to issue the SEPA Threshold Determination this week.
I have received notice that I may be called for jury duty from May 16-30. If this happens, I will touch bases with you in
early June about scheduling a public hearing.
