PRINCIPAL PETITIONER: Chimacum Properties LLC C/O James Jackson PO Box 1405, Port Hadlock, WA 98339-1405 LOCATION OF SUBJECT RIGHTS-OF- WAY: Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter, Section 3, Township 29 North, Range 1 West. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: Principal petitioner, has requested the County vacate (per Chapter 12.10 Jefferson County Code and Chapter 36.87 RCW) the Simms St right of way west of Rhody Dr abut- ting parcels 942-903-705 & 942-903-704. PUBLIC HEARING: The Jefferson County Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on August 15, 2025 to consider the request to vacate these road rights-of-way.
