NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that a public
hearing will be held by the Jefferson County
Hearing Examiner to review and receive
comments on a road vacation petition.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST:
Principal petitioner, has requested the
County vacate (per Chapter 12.10 Jefferson
County Code and Chapter 36.87 RCW) the
Simms St right of way west of Rhody Dr abut-
ting parcels 942-903-705 & 942-903-704.
PUBLIC HEARING:
The Jefferson County Hearing Examiner
will conduct a public hearing at 10:00 a.m.
on August 15, 2025 to consider the request
to vacate these road rights-of-way. This is a
hybrid meeting; you are welcome to attend
in-person or online via Zoom. Comments
may be presented via testimony during the
hearing or mailed or emailed to the Contact
Person listed below.
