STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Advisory Board Reappointment; Jefferson County Noxious Weed Control Board; Four (4) Year Term
Expires January 9, 2014; Representing District No.2, Richard Rild
. ANALYSIS:
Per RCW 17.10.050 - The applicant has submitted a petition which was certified sufficient by the Jefferson
County Elections Department The Jefferson County Noxious Weed Control Board held a public hearing;
posted the name at the Courthouse; published the name in the newspaper of record and submitted the name
to the County Commissioners for consideration of appointment to the JC Noxious Weed Control Board.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve and sign attached letter reappointing Richard Rild to the Noxious Weed Control Board,
representing District No.2.
