In the second quarter of 2025, our organization paid the outstanding bills from the Jefferson County Wedding Show. LTAC ;'
funds supported a variety of event-related expenses critical to outreach and execution. Statement of Activity is also
included.

We partnered with Olympic Peninsula Gateway Visitor Center and the City 8 ' 4 4 5 Jsive
Jefferson County accommodations guide in both the Peninsula Daily New's rclllll V 131“, 011U the PT
Leader's Getaway Guide.The PT Leader's guide is circulated for 6 months on 6 ferry runs (Port Townsend/Coupville,
Clinton/Mukilteo, Kingston/Edmonds, Bainbridge/Seattle and Bremerton/Seattle)with a reach of 70,000. Both of these
special inserts were published at the end of May.
While it is incredibly difficult to track print advertising effectiveness,we can see that average monthly website traffic for
June and July is up over the months prior to publication, particularly in states and cities outside of Washington state.
3. LTAC funds balance remaining 2nd QTR:
$16,646 the balance of funds remaining after the second quarter.
4. Please attach your organization's report for all revenue,marketing,services, programs and activities of the prior
quarter.
Organization's quarterly Statement of Activity is included.
This report and any attachments may be subject to disclosure as a public record under the Public Records Act,RCW Chapter 42.56.A
minimum of six years,RECIPIENT shall maintain documented proof of payments made,contracts executed and other expenditures authorized
under your Agreement with Jefferson County.Upon reasonable notice,RECIPIENT shall provide access to County or State representatives to
audit those records.
