I used the Exhibit List you sent me last week and updated it to include five more DCD exhibits (see attached). Per our discussion last week, I have also added whether the exhibits from
the office of the hearing examiner were submitted by the appellants (APP), the applicant (RI), or DCD.
I will be out for the first two weeks, returning to the office the day before the public hearing starts. An updated Exhibit List will likely need to be sent to the hearing examiner
that Monday before the hearing. If you revise the attached Excel file, would you resend it as ‘Reply to All’ so that I know what has changed.

DCD IS OPEN MONDAY – THURSDAY FROM 9:00 – 12:00 and 1:00 - 4:30; CLOSED FRIDAY.
