I was glad to see that my letter of June 10, 2025, to the Hearing Examiner has been posted on the 072525 Rock Island Appeal Hearing Examiner WebLink site. It's odd, though, that the
SEPA Appeal itself has not been posted there. As I've previously requested, I think it should be. That would also be in keeping with Hearing Examiner Rules of Procedure 4.3:
