A revised Preliminary Plat dated 7/30/2025. 2. A revised Water Availability letter. 3. Our Water Availability Request dated 2/27/25. a. This document was submitted to Jefferson County DCD as part of our development application. It doesn’t appear as an exhibit on the Hearing Examiner web page. I assume someone determined it wasn’t needed for the Hearing Examiner because we had received a Water Availability Letter. b. I’m including it here because it includes the calculation of demand in equivalent residential units (ERUs), which is required by the Public Utility District so they can analyze their ability to supply the water to the neighborhood. From the order, it appears the Hearing Examiner was interested in this information. Thank you.
