I misspoke when I said Monday and should have said Tuesday. The email I was inquiring about is the one from Tuesday August 5th. So, there is no missing email, and you can move forward
with preparing your update.
My apologies for the mistake and the confusion.
Periodically attachments prevent an email from being received and the sender may not be notified that the email was blocked. I was concerned that could have happened in this case. Thank
you for confirming that you received them.

Hi Tim,
I’m reviewing this case right now, and preparing the updates, but in regards to your email, I do not see another email from you sent on Monday.
I do see one from Tuesday 8/5 that has 3 attachments, and I did receive a hand-delivered printed prelim plat today.
Since there may be an additional email with attachments that would affect exhibit numbering, please let me know if there are missing documents. Attached are the 3 I received yesterday.
