Dear Office of the Hearing Examiner and Parties,
On behalf of the Department of Community Development (DCD), I respectfully request a one-week extension to submit the documentation required by the Hearing Examiner’s Order of Continuance
and Case Management Orders dated July 22, 2025. DCD has sought input from the identified agencies, which have indicated they require additional time to provide their responses.
We recognize the importance of adhering to the established timelines and appreciate your consideration of this request. If granted, DCD will ensure that all requested materials are submitted
no later than August 8, 2025.
