Dear Clerk of the Board and Parties,
Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County is requesting an extension to the Friday, August 1, 2025 - Witness List, Requested Exhibits, and Legal Memoranda deadline to be no sooner
than Friday, August 8, 2025. This will provide time for WSDOT to fully review the provided TIA and confirm mitigations proposed as acceptable.
