We are reviewing the Hearing Examiners’ various comments on fire safety – Section VII. (a) and (b). – found on page 6 and 7 of the attached continuance order. As a result we are reviewing
Exhibit 22 on the Hearing Examiner’s Mason Street website (https://www.co.jefferson.wa.us/1888/Mason-Street-SUB2025-00012). I’ve attached is here for convenience.
Exhibit 22 is an email from Brian Tracer to you outlining some potential issues. In the email he says – “Phil and I work continue to work through my notes to format for final submittal
before July 1.” Is what’s in the Exhibit 22 file the most recent document from Brian and Phil or is there a newer document that we should be looking at?
Much of Brian's document is comprised of code references. Below is a screenshot of one section in order to illustrate what I'm talking about. It's not clear if Brian is asking us to
provide additional information about any of these issues. Please let us know if we should follow up with Brian directly.
