1. Consolidated Notice List: Submitted as an attachment. This list excludes agencies, tribes, special purpose districts, schools or other governmental entities.
2. Revised Staff Report: A corrected version of page 2 is provided to update the noticing information.
3. Commenting Parties: No further action required. All persons or entities who have commented are included in the consolidated notice list (see item 1).
