APPELLANTS’ REQUEST FOR AN
UPLAND SITE VISIT
Appellants request the Hearing Examiner to visit the uplands portion of the Applicant’s
properties on Killapie Beach Road, for the purpose of:
Observing the location where the Notice of Application was posted;
Observing the accessibility, by the public and fire/emergency vehicles, to the “End of
County Road” portion of Killapie Beach Road;
Observing the solar panel structure, electrical connection, and any other structures or
equipment on the uplands
If anyone other than the Hearing Examiner is present, Appellants request that their contact
