That said, we get to help define the box and are able to make changes in our budget setting and budget review processes each year. Review ARPA distributions… 6 ‹#› PRIORITY: Affordable Housing & Homelessness OlyCap’s 7ᵗʰ Haven Project: 43 Units of transitional and supportive housing OlyCap’s Caswell Brown Project: 50 units of shelter for unhoused neighbors Habitat’s Mason Street Project in Pt Hadlock: 150+ units of permanently affordable housing Habitat for Humanity Landes Street Project 1.7.2013 Last Spring, Jefferson Community Foundation (JCF) and Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County collaborated to evaluate the purchase of a 17-acre parcel of land in Port Hadlock dedicated to permanently affordable, mixed-income, workforce housing.
