THIS MATTER, having come before the Jefferson County Hearing Examiner upon
Appellants’ pre-hearing Motion to Dismiss the above-captioned Shoreline Permit application
hearing process, generally based on alleged errors in notice procedures, the Hearing
Examiner having read and considered all materials presented by the parties in this matter,
hereby ORDERS: Appellants’ motion to dismiss the pending shoreline permit application
hearing is denied.
