Hello there!
My name is Blake and I live here in Quilcene on property that is just out of range of water service at the present time. The spigot at the campground is essential to my ability to live
here and have money to spend in the community. I don't currently have the ability to fork over the thousands of dollars to dig a potable well (already have a drying up non potable
one that I mostly supplement with rain water catchment, which is very low this year as well) and real plumbing is at best years out. It is vital to my survival here that this water
remain accessible, free and potable. I hope you consider the year round in-town folks who are working their way up from literally nothing and actively working in, paying taxes in and
spending in our local economy as you made decisions about the water at the campground, who foots the bill, who profits, and who suffers. Locals need water! Locals deserve water!
