I recommend fundraising to fix the water at the campground.
If the campground is going to stay open, running water seems like an amenity people will want at a less remote camping area.
There are also many people who rely on this water who live in the area.
It seems reasonable to ask the community to contribute. Also if port Townsend is relying on Quilcene water asking the residents there to contribute financially or the water companies
themselves as well as the paper mill for funding feels reasonable to me.
Education and advocacy at farmers markets and events could go a long way as well.
