I forgot to mention we are calling this project "Mason Street AFH". I also attached the two letters you provided me in 2023 when we attempted to get HTF money to buy and renovate a home
(that we did not receive) in case that is helpful. Our application this time is much stronger and has a better chance of getting funded.
