To all parties of record re: Rock Island Shellfish -
While we await the Hearing Examiner's decision from today's pre -hearing conference, he relayed that he would like all
of you to be informed of the following:
"Any additional motions, from ANY party, are due no later than one week from today, on July 15th by 4pm. Parties may
join in motions as they choose.
I appreciate the request for clarification, as my expectation at the PHC was that only the applicant reserved the right to
submit another motion.
In an effort to be more than fair to all parties, ANY party can submit a motion by the 15th. Responses to pending
motions are all due by the 22nd, replies to any responses are due by the 29th."

Carolyn and Parties:
I apologize for the confusion but would like to please clarify a question to the Hearing Examiner and respectfully request
that the county also be able to file a Motion by 7/15 or join a Motion that is filed by 7/15. It was my understanding that
the 07/15 date was the date for any subsequent Motions, but I apologize for not specifically asking that question in real
time or if there was confusion on my end.
