•No approval is given nor implied for the well site shown on the site plan.
•The well’s 100’ protective radius (as you have shown) is recommended to be completely located
on your property.
•You are required to submit a Application for Well Construction Inspection to this office prior to
drilling your well.
•After your well application is released, you are required to submit 24hr start notification to our
office prior to beginning construction of the well.
•The well must be drilled by a Washington State licensed well driller.
•Prior to building permit application, you will need to drill your well and have the water tested to
show it is potable.
•Your property is located in a coastal Seawater Intrusion Protection Zone (SIPZ) – no known sea
water intruded wells are within 1000’ of your property boundaries
•Your property is located in the WRIA17 Toandos subbasin – this is a coastal management area
with water conservation standard of use up to 5000 gpd.
•A water meter will be required as a condition of future building permit approval.
