Subject: Considerations for possible Twana Way road repair and maintenance
Twana Way neighbors,
I am writing with respect to the current condition of Twana Way, and want to invite you to a
neighborhood gathering to discuss possible repair and maintenance of our road.
As you are likely aware, there have been discussions among some of the neighbors relating to
possibly improving Twana Way, including gauging interest and gaining an understanding of the range
of options, potential issues and concerns, and costs.
Perhaps now is a good time to discuss possible road improvements in a neighborhood group setting
so that all of us may hear collectively each other’s issues and/or concerns relating to the road
improvement possibilities, including different scopes of work, methods of repair, cost, and ongoing
maintenance.
In that regard, we are inviting you to a neighborhood gathering on Sunday, October 15, although a
specific time has not been set. Marilyn Walker has graciously offered to host this gathering at her
place (521 Twana Way).
Could you please let me know if you would be able to attend this gathering? We certainly hope to
see each of you there.
