Richard,
I apologize for not reaching out sooner since our first communications. It
has been slow process for us to sell our Port Townsend home and relocate
to161 Twana. However, we would still like to discuss access to the water
via your property.
We are amenable to a ROFR and perhaps we can make that reciprocal? We are
also committed to the environment and are considering leaving the property
to the land trust or some other similar conservancy.. However, we have not
proceeded to far down that path, especially since we have not become full
time residents yet.
I wondered if we could discuss this live at some point next week?
As I mentioned, my wife Michelle and I are avid cold water dippers and the
Dabob water is a bit warmer than we are used to but its much closer than
Fort Warden, our current dipping site.
Please let us know your thoughts and how best two communicate.
Thanks for you time

one too) and we would very much like to continue to have access to the water

owners. It would be great if that agreement continued with the transfer of
the property.
