Richard,
We wanted to introduce ourselves. My wife (Michelle Oliver) and I (John
DiMaggio) will be moving, as full time residents, into 161 Tawana early in
January. Michelle is an active cold water swimmer (and I am occasionally
one too) and we would very much like to continue to have access to the water
via your property.
Jim mentioned that you had an agreement to permit access to the current
owners. It would be great if that agreement continued with the transfer of
the property.
He also mentioned the potential for a ROFR on our property. I am not sure
how those things work but we could discuss it.
We love this area of the Puget Sound and truly appreciate that the State,
neighbors and US Navy are working to preserve this great natural space.
Could you provide me your thoughts on access and ROFR?
