They will be living there as full time residents. They own the ECO drycleaners in Pt
Townsend. They can keep an eye on activity in the area. I have asked them about the
right of first refusal..

According to the Sellers of the 161 Twana Home, Liebow & Younger you allowed
them to cross your parcel to get to the beach, by permission... The woman of the
couple swims in cold water, could they have access by permission to cross your
property until revoked too?
FYI .Your parcel would be in high demand if you ever decided to sell it ....
