Couple of questions:
1.Will this be used as occasional vacation property or more often; and
2.Would they consider a right of first refusal if the they were to sell (which would
remain in effect so long as our permission were not revoked)?

According to the Sellers of the 161 Twana Home, Liebow & Younger you allowed them
to cross your parcel to get to the beach, by permission... The woman of the couple
swims in cold water, could they have access by permission to cross your property until
revoked too?
FYI .Your parcel would be in high demand if you ever decided to sell it ....
