SECTION TWO: Analysis of Local Factors Influencing our Early Childhood System
We heard PECC members' requests for an analysis of our region. We aim to build an overview of the localized factors that influence our early childhood systems. We hope that our regional
analysis, and an understanding of how our region's factors may differ from other regions, will support your work. Inputs for this process will be gathered through a series of six small
group 90-minute meetings on the factor topics of: Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental (including lived experience).
